These terms describe the rules for using the Whet desktop app, website, account, billing, and AI generation features.

Using Whet

Whet is an AI writing assistant for rewriting text you provide. You are responsible for the text you submit and for reviewing generated output before using it.

Accounts and plans

Some features require an account. Free accounts include the core assistant with product limits. Whet Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional usage, history, and more custom styles.

Billing

Payments, invoices, taxes, and subscription management are handled by Paddle. You can cancel from the billing portal linked in Whet account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Whet to create harmful, illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, credential-stealing, or deceptive content. Custom styles may be rejected if they attempt prompt injection or unsafe behavior.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Whet does not guarantee that generated text is correct, complete, lawful, or appropriate for every context.

Changes

Whet may change features, limits, prices, or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Whet means you accept the updated terms.
